Confirmation of payment
When you make a reservation for a product through our website, Dubai Deserts Tour collects your payment information, and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. The following credit cards are accepted by Dubai Deserts Tour Travel & Tourism: MasterCard and Visa.
There are no charges or service fees for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be credited to the credit or debit card statement as DesertBookings Travel & Tourism.
And you will get confirmation by email within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Service charges and taxes are not refundable at all.
Tours, accommodations, meals, or other services used are non-refundable once initiated.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
In general, if you have purchased certain time coupon tickets, events, attractions, or accommodations that do not allow for refunds and exchanges, they will not be refundable.
Non-group booking cancellation policy
We charge a 10% cancellation fee on cancellation of bookings made with Dubai Deserts Tour Travel & Tourism. Additional fees may apply by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your Dubai Deserts Tour Travel & Tourism voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified by email of the total cancellation fee. A time-barred cancellation fee that may be applied or waived under the following conditions:
If you have purchased an event, attraction or coupon ticket, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
In some cases, the hotel or accommodation is also non-refundable but it depends on the booking policy mentioned on the voucher.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel before 24 hours of scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of transaction.
Group booking (more than 4 pax in one booking):
7 days before tour departure: 50% cancellation fee
5 days or less before tour departure: 100% cancellation fee
