Introduction
We’re Desert Leap Safari, and we love taking people like you on amazing adventures in the Sahara Desert! 🏜️💖 We have many different tours, like camel riding 🐫, exploring in cool 4×4 vehicles 🚙, and camping under the stars ⭐. Our friendly guides will show you some of the most beautiful and hidden places in the desert. 😍🌵
Booking and payment 💳📅
To book a tour with us, you must be at least 18 years old. 🎂👦👧 When you make a booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit (ie down payment) of 30% of the total cost. 💰 The remaining amount needs to be paid 30 days before the start of your tour. 📆💸 You can pay us by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. If you use a credit card, there is a small additional fee of 3%. 💳💸
Cancellation Policy ❌🗓️
If you need to cancel your visit, please let us know as soon as possible. 🙏 We know that sometimes things can happen that you didn’t plan for. 😕 Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- If you cancel 30 days before your tour, we will refund your deposit, but we will keep 10% for administration costs. 📆💰
- If you cancel 15-30 days before your tour, we will refund you 50% of the total cost of the tour. 📅💸
- If you cancel 15 days before your tour, we cannot give you a refund. 📅❌
- If you do not show up for your tour, we cannot give you a refund. 🙅♂️💰
Health and Safety 💪🩹
Your health and safety are extremely important to us! 🦸♂️🦸♀️ Our guides know first aid and always carry medical supplies. 🏥🩺 But, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctor before going on a desert tour, especially if you have any health concerns. 👨 ⚕️💬
Our vehicles 🚙💨
We use a variety of vehicles for our tours, such as 4x4s, SUVs, and even camels! 🐫 Don’t worry, we take good care of them to make sure they are always safe and reliable. 🔧
Residence 🏕️🏠
Depending on the tour you choose, you can stay in a variety of places, such as traditional Bedouin camps or fancy desert lodges. 🎪🏰 Where you want to stay If you have any special needs let us know before booking. 😊🛏️
Food and dietary restrictions 🍽️🥗
We provide delicious meals on our tours, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 🥐🥪🍲 Our meals are made fresh and use local ingredients and flavors. 🌶️🥗 If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please let us know before booking so we can cater for you. 🙏🍽️
Other important things to remember 🤔✨
- We will rotate the seats during the tour to give everyone a chance to enjoy different views. 🔄💺
- You can pay by cash or card when we pick you up, but card payments incur an 8% VAT fee. 💳💸
- Our vehicles are extremely safe, secure and cleaned after every trip. 🚙🧼😊
- Our safaris are off-road adventures, which means they can be challenging and exciting! 🌵💨 But if you have any health issues or back pain, it’s better to sit out the rough parts. 😬💪
- Pregnant women and people with serious medical conditions should contact us before booking so we can make special arrangements. 🤰⚠️
- Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, especially for quad bikes. 👟👍 If you are visiting between October and March, bring warm clothes. 🧣🧤
- For quad biking, you will need to sign a form stating that you understand the risks and that you do not have insurance. 📝🏍️
- If you are in a wheelchair, let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. ♿
